The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) invites you to join us in the Nation's Capital for the first ever NASWA Conference focusing solely on Veterans. The "NASWA Veteran Services Conference 2013" will be held Wednesday, July 17 - starting at 1:00 p.m., and will end at noon on Friday, July 19, 2013. The Conference will be held at the Washington Court Hotel near the U.S. Capitol Building.

The theme for the Conference is "Partnering for Veterans" and will focus on the fact that not one agency, not one program, not one office can serve the veteran alone—we must work together to best serve the needs of veterans.

The NASWA IB Subcommittee will meet two full days starting at 8:30 a.m. (Central time zone) on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 and will be held at the Westin St. Louis, 811 Spruce Street, St. Louis, Missouri  63102.

The third meeting of the NASWA Employment and Training (E&T) Committee for the 2012-2013 association year is scheduled for June 27-28 in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The meeting will be held at the Blake Hotel, South McDowell Street.  The meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 27^th, and will conclude by noon on Friday, June 28^th.
