NASWA Veteran Services Conference 2013: July 17-19, 2013
The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) invites you to join us in the Nation's Capital for the first ever NASWA Conference focusing solely on Veterans. The "NASWA Veteran Services Conference 2013" will be held Wednesday, July 17 - starting at 1:00 p.m., and will end at noon on Friday, July 19, 2013. 2013 IRORA State Agreement Information

As of May 19, 2013, there are 37 states (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY) signing onto the NASWA 2013 IRORA agreement.

NASWA Testifies before U.S. House Committee on Ways and Means Subcommittee on Implementation of EUC Reforms
On Tuesday, April 16, 2013, the House Committee on Ways and Means Subcommittee on Human Resources held a hearing on how states have implemented the unemployment insurance (UI) reforms to the Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) program enacted in the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012.
