In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Event Summary" then click the "Unregister" button. Follow the instructions to finalize the cancellation of your registration.

If you do not have your confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Event Summary" then click the "Substitute Registration" button and follow the instructions to substitute an attendee.
Should you wish to substitute someone to attend in your place, please try to make that change no later than 10 days prior to the start of the event.

If you do not have your Registration Confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

You may indicate accessibility accommodation needs during the conference registration process. Before the event, a NASWA representative may contact you if more information is needed to process your accessibility accommodation needs.

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Registration Invoice" to download your invoice/receipt.

All NASWA conferences require business casual attire.

As this conference does not have a registration fee, there will be no refunds issued. Should you need to cancel, and cannot send someone in your place, we ask that you cancel your registration no later than 22 days before the event. Should you wish to substitute someone to attend in your place, please try to make that change no later than 14 days before the event.
