General Attendee Registration

General Registration is for NASWA members, others and vendors who are NOT exhibiting or sponsoring an event. If you are sponsoring an event or exhibiting, please click here to register.

The registration fee is:

$475 for NASWA members and others*. After February 1, 2012, the fee is $525.

$575 for Vendors** that are NOT exhibiting or sponsoring an event. After February 1, 2012, the fee is $625.

This includes the program, materials, meals, and evening events for the conference. Checks (payable to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies) or purchase order may be used to pay registration fees. Or you may register on-line using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards.

Registration fee payments may be mailed separately or paid on site. It is not necessary to delay submitting a registration form or reserving a hotel room in order to send the fee. Please reference the attendee's name(s) to ensure proper credit if the payment is mailed separately.

NASWA members may bring a guest. The guest fee is $175. This includes all meals (2 breakfasts, lunch, reception, and all breaks). Guests are not permitted in meeting sessions or workshops. Guests cannot be employees of a vendor, sponsor or exhibitor.

The National Association of State Workforce Agencies' Federal Tax ID number is 52-0978073.

Refund and Billing Policy:  Registration fees, minus a $50 handling fee, will be refunded provided a written notice of cancellation is received by February 1, 2012. No refund will be made for cancellations received after February 1, 2012. All refunds will be paid approximately 45 days after the meeting.
