GENERAL INFORMATION
The registration fee is $450 if paid by February 15, 2008. This includes the program, materials, meals, and evening events for the conference. After February 15, the registration fee is $500. Checks (payable to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies), purchase order, and training vouchers may be used to pay registration fees. Or you may register on-line using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards.

Registration fee payments may be mailed separately or paid on site. It is not necessary to delay submitting a registration form or reserving a hotel room in order to send the fee payment at the same time. Please reference the attendee's name(s) to ensure proper credit if the payment is mailed separately. Please note that we cannot accept credit card payments on site.

You may bring a guest. The guest fee is $150 and must be paid on site. This includes all meals (2 breakfasts, lunch, reception, and all breaks).

REFUND AND BILLING POLICY
Registration fees, minus a $50 handling fee, will be refunded provided a written notice of cancellation is received by February 15. No refund will be made for cancellations received after February 15. All refunds will be paid approximately 45 days after the meeting. Registrants who do not attend or send a replacement will be billed the applicable registration fee. Note: Avoid Additional Charges: Once the on-line registration form is completed, please conclude the registration process by hitting the "SUBMIT" button. DO NOT PRINT, MAIL, OR FAX A HARD COPY OF THE ON-LINE FORM. PROCESSING OF SUCH FORMS IS SUBJECT TO $25 HANDLING FEE.
