Under the administrative direction of the Deputy Director, the incumbent ensures Disability Insurance service operations meets ongoing branch business needs through the evaluation of data analyses, workload strategies, and business plan initiatives. The incumbent will develop, implement, direct, and evaluate DI Branch planning, scheduling, forecasting and reporting for all SDI program workloads. The Division Chief will also be responsible for measuring and monitoring customer service and claimant experiences through process improvement and quality assurance efforts.
