Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance

The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (EOLWD) is responsible for six agencies and departments under the organization. EOLWD and its agencies are committed to developing a world-class, highly skilled labor force to support business growth and innovation in the Commonwealth.

As a direct report to the Director of the Department of Unemployment, the Director of Program Integrity has oversight of the business unit responsible for leading the organizations’ effort to prevent, detect, and recover unemployment insurance overpayments. He/She will manage, plan, organize and control all operations and activities of DUA’s agency-wide program integrity strategy and functions.
