Federal Grant Monitor – Internal Audit Division

This position reports to the Internal Audit Department in Columbia. Incumbent will perform complex compliance, operational, and programmatic monitoring engagements of internal and external workforce grant programs, subrecipient agreements, grants awards, and special initiatives to ensure compliance and foster operational efficiencies. Responsible for obtaining documentation, conducting monitoring and special reviews through on-site visits and desk reviews, documenting results, and communicating actions necessary to resolve identified issues/concerns in formal monitoring reports. Provides guidance in interpreting and executing applicable regulations.
