Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will assist with facilitating the overall day-to-day operations of the UCAWD Human Resources unit. The HR Coordinator is a key member working within the UCAWD Finance and Administration team, responsible for providing support to the various HR functions, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, employee relations, evaluation and performance review, and other HR processes as directed by the Human Resources Specialist. This position must ensure compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations as well as compliance with RF policies and procedures.
