Who can participate in the Workforce Academy?
Workforce Academy offerings are available to government employees at all staffing levels supporting WIOA Titles I, II, III, and IV, as well as UI, TANF and SNAP programs.
This includes NASWA Members in State Workforce Agencies, as well as Government Partners in Federal and State Agencies. (i.e. - Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Education, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, etc...)

- NASWA Members: Government Employees in State Workforce Agencies
- Government Partners: Government Employees Supporting WIOA, TANF and SNAP programs in Federal and State Agencies. (i.e. - Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Education, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, etc...)

Step 2: Enroll in NASWA Learning
Access NASWA Learning:
- Visit NASWA Learning Page
- Click "Access NASWA Learning" Button
- Select "Create an Account"
Enroll in Curriculum:
- Use the Catalog to search available Curriculum
- Workforce Academy coursework is found in the "Workforce Professional" learning path and can be filtered by "Workforce ITSC" tag or "WITSC" curriculum code.
