Communications Committee Meeting
The Communications Committee will be meeting on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 9:00am - 5:00pm and Friday, December 10, 2021, from 9:00am - 11:30am at the Hilton Austin Hotel located at 500 E 4th Street, Austin, TX. Registration is $275 and covers two breakfasts and one lunch.

Overflow Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown located at 500 N. Interstate 35, Austin, TX 78701 at a (per diem) group rate of $140.00 per night (plus tax).
An amount of $50 per night will be pre-authorized to the individual’s credit card.
The deadline to reserve a room is Monday, November 15, 2021.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS will be accepted by the hotel up to 24 hours prior to your arrival, with no additional fees.
