The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that supports the public workforce system across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. We work to strengthen the systems that connect people to meaningful employment and support businesses with the skilled talent they need to grow.
Center for Employment Security Education and Research (CESER)
The Center for Employment Security Education and Research (CESER) is the 501(c)(3) consulting arm of NASWA. It provides education, research, analysis, and information technology support focused on workforce development and unemployment insurance issues. CESER offers a broad range of research, training, consulting, and information technology services to state workforce agencies and their federal partners, with an interest in unemployment insurance and employment and training services.
We offer a wide range of services designed to help state workforce agencies, nonprofit partners, and other organizations improve their systems, programs, and outcomes. Our team brings deep subject-matter expertise, hands-on experience, and a national perspective to every project.
