Unemployment Information IT Support Center (UI ITSC)
The Unemployment Information IT Support Center (UI ITSC) is offered by the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor, to support states in modernizing and managing their Unemployment Insurance (UI) IT systems.
UI ITSC offers comprehensive support for UI IT projects, including application support, the development of technical standards and guidelines, domain-specific staff augmentation, and advisory and assessment services. It also develops, distributes, and maintains a range of tools and resources—such as UI system components and modules, model projects and prototypes, project management portals, and more—all available to states nationwide.
