UI IT Support Center
The UI Information Technology Support Center (UI IT Support Center) is offered by NASWA, in partnership with USDOL, to support states in modernizing and managing their UI IT systems.
UI IT Support Center offers comprehensive support for UI IT projects, including application support, the development of technical standards and guidelines, domain-specific staff augmentation, and advisory and assessment services. It also develops, distributes, and maintains a range of tools and resources—such as UI system components and modules, model projects and prototypes, project management portals, and more—all available to states nationwide.
