Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Loews Ventana Canyon at a group room rate of $123.00 per night (plus taxes/fees). This room rate will be available through 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, November 10, 2025, or until sold out.
Registered attendees will receive the hotel link to reserve their rooms in their event registration confirmation email.
- Room Guarantee: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual's reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled at least three working days prior to your arrival date. The deposit will be refunded when cancellation is made within the correct timeframe.
