Navigating Military Transition and the President’s Management Agenda (PMA) Lifecycle Journey Collaboration

This presentation showcases a multi-year, human-centered design (HCD) research initiative that aims to improve the transition lifecycle journey and experience navigating from military to civilian life. We explore nineteen key insights, four customer personas, and four improvement opportunities discovered, culminating in a digital solution to better support transitioning service members, recently separated Veterans, and their families. The talk will also highlight our process of iterative testing and design adjustments based on customer feedback and technical feasibility.
