Thirty years as a military spouse has given Patricia Barron a unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing today’s military family. She is now in an even more unique position as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy – giving her the opportunity to develop, guide and oversee a broad portfolio of programs including quality of life issues, key legislative and policy issues, family, child and youth programs, the Military One-Source program, and much more.
