Workforce Information Technology Support Center (Workforce ITSC), in collaboration with the Employment & Training and Technology Committees, is hosting a virtual roundtable to explore Common Intake and Referral technology and processes on November 19 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET.

Experience live demonstrations that spotlight how these states are streamlining the customer journey—from answering core questions and verifying eligibility, to seamlessly connecting case management systems and collaborating with community-based organizations. Following the showcase, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their strategies and approaches for:

Capturing and managing case notes and verifications
Simplifying customer sign-off
Navigating data sharing agreements
Closing the loop on referrals for better outcomes
