Overview
The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), signed into law on July 4, 2025, mandates Medicaid work requirements for expansion enrollees and changes to SNAP work requirement exemptions. During this Learn and Share, participants will hear from national policy experts on these policy changes, followed by a panel discussion with state members sharing lessons learned from implementing similar policies. The session will dive into the data implications for these policy changes, including verification and reporting requirements, considerations for cross-system integration, and collaborative approaches to managing the complex analytical and operational demands of implementing this new legislation.
