Joe M. Barela and Jesse McCree, will discuss how to leverage generative AI tools to innovate and transform system service delivery.

This session will explore how AI tools are currently being used by state and local leaders to increase staff productivity and enhance the customer experience. The webinar will delve into specific applications, such as AI-powered skills-based job matching and career exploration tools, that benefit both the job seekers and employers.
