SIDES Implementation Training – Session 10: SIDES Reports

This webinar was developed to prepare State Workforce Agencies and SIDES Integrated Partners for the SIDES Separation Information Exchange Re-write Project.
Following this training, attendees will be able to:
- Run reports using the Administrative Site
- Monitor state usage reports
- Evaluate Integrated Partner integrity scores
Who Should Attend:
This webinar is for State Workforce Agency staff, SIDES Integrated Partners, and software providers. The training is intended for UI and IT directors, UI benefits managers, adjudication managers, state and employer/TPA SIDES liaisons, SIDES IT system analysts, programmers, and other appropriate staff as determined by states and employers.
Special consideration should be given to project managers and staff assigned to the SIDES Separation Information Re-write Project. This training is ideal for those with limited knowledge of SIDES or those needing a refresher.
