SIDES Implementation Training – Session 4: Business Rules and Successful Practices

This webinar was developed to prepare State Workforce Agencies and SIDES Integrated Partners for the SIDES Separation Information Exchange Re-write Project.
Following this training, attendees will be able to:
- Complete the SIDES Interactive Toolkit for states
- Evaluate successful business practices
- Identify dual systems
- Understand due date adjustments
- Determine proper use of SIDES attachments
Who Should Attend:
This webinar is for State Workforce Agency staff, SIDES Integrated Partners, and software providers. The training is intended UI and IT directors, UI benefits and tax managers, adjudication managers, state and employer/TPA SIDES liaisons, SIDES IT system analysts, programmers, and other appropriate staff as determined by states and employers.
Special consideration should be given to project managers and staff assigned to the SIDES Separation Information Re-write Project. This training is ideal for those with limited knowledge of SIDES or those needing a refresher.
