The Aligned Case Management Institute - Session 1
NASWA's Workforce ITSC along with the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration’s Office of Workforce Investment (OWI) is hosting a 4-part Aligned Case Management (ACM) Institute event titled Advancing the Effort Together. Join us for Session 1 of the series on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (ET). By signing up, state teams commit to attend all four ACM Institute sessions and an additional state-specific session.
The Aligned Case Management (ACM) Institute, an initiative facilitated by the United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration’s Office of Workforce Investment (OWI) and NASWA’s Workforce Information Technology Support Center (Workforce ITSC), invites state teams to join a series of interactive sessions aimed at transforming and aligning case management systems.
The mission of the ACM Institute is to enhance service delivery and customer experience within the public workforce system through the creation of a replicable framework and an on-demand toolkit of resources, leveraging interoperable data and modern technology. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, prototype potential solutions, and design a state-specific action plan, contributing to the broader goal of modernizing workforce development practices.
