The Unemployment Insurance IT Support Center (UI ITSC) team is beginning a quarterly UI Technology Webinar Series. It is designed to equip business and IT staff with the knowledge, practices, and context needed to successfully support UI modernization and ongoing UI technology initiatives.

The first webinar in the series, User Acceptance Testing for UI, is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET.

In this webinar, participants will learn:

  • The purpose and value of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Best practices for executing effective test cases
  • How to clearly document testing results
  • How to identify and report meaningful defects

The goal of this session is to ensure state staff are prepared to confidently and successfully launch UI systems or components as intended for real claimants and employers before they reach production.
