Tracking Overpayment Recovery: New IRORA Dashboard

The new Interstate Reciprocal Overpayment Recovery Arrangement (IRORA) Dashboard gives states a centralized view of their interstate overpayment recovery activity. Staff and leadership can view monthly trends and key performance metrics for requests sent, received, and processed. 

This increased visibility can help states identify processing backlogs, monitor performance, improve accountability, and maximize the recovery of unemployment insurance overpayments.
