UI Technology Webinar Series Continues with Post-Production Focus

UI Information Technology Support Center (UI ITSC), funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, held the latest session in its quarterly UI Technology Webinar Series on August 6, covering "Go-Live to Steady State: Post-Prod Support + Knowledge Transfer." More than 50 participants from 14 states attended.

The session offered practical guidance on keeping a UI system running well after go-live. Topics included

  • stabilization support
  • defect triage and prioritization, and 
  • structured knowledge transfer from the vendor to state staff

The focus was on preparing state staff to take ownership of ongoing operations and support as vendor involvement winds down. A recording and materials are available on the UI ITSC website (login required). The webinar series is open to NASWA members only.
