Empowering Employers with Data-Driven Insights: NLx at DEAMCon
The National Labor Exchange (NLx) team recently attended the DirectEmployers Association Annual Conference & Meeting (DEAMCon) in Indianapolis, IN. Throughout the week, the team engaged with the employer community and partners, sharing insights and resources related to the NLx and the NLx Research Hub.
Paul Daniels, Senior Manager of the NLx Research Hub, presented on the main stage, offering an in-depth overview of the Research Hub and highlighting how employers can leverage its data and insights.
He outlined four key ways employers benefit from the Research Hub: Wage Intelligence, Skills Demand Analysis, Talent Supply Mapping, and Competitive Posting Intelligence.
During his presentation, Paul also previewed an upcoming employer-focused product currently in development – the Job Ad Description Evaluator (JADE). JADE is designed to allow employers insight into how their job descriptions compare to the national standard on key metrics.
