Idaho First State to Connect to Modernized ICON Cloud Hub
NASWA congratulates the State of Idaho on being the first state to establish a direct connection with the modernized ICON Cloud Hub for Interstate Benefits (IB) Delivery, which includes IB4/IB4R, IB5, and IB13. Idaho and the ICON Cloud Hub vendor completed successful testing of this transition and Idaho went live in production in April 2026.

ICON, in partnership with U.S. Department of Labor, is the system that allows State UI agencies to request and receive data for use in the filing and processing of combined wage claims, military and federal claims. The system provides for the exchange of data between State workforce agencies as well as federal partners.
