Spring NLx Committee Meeting

The National Labor Exchange (NLx) is excited to announce its upcoming Steering Committee Meeting taking place May 19–20 in Scottsdale, AZ. On the first day, the committee will bring together NASWA and DirectEmployers members to discuss strategic goals, future initiatives, and proposed changes. The second day will feature presentations and discussions on artificial intelligence in workforce development, employer resources for recruiting special populations, and updates on the NLx Research Hub.

The NLx welcomes all NASWA and DirectEmployers members to attend both days in-person or virtually on the morning of May 20. Registration is open now and will close on May 12 — secure your spot here.

NLx at DEAMCon25

Following the Steering Committee Meeting, the NLx team will join employer partners, states, and other workforce stakeholders at the DirectEmployers Annual Conference and Meeting (DEAMCon) from May 21–23. In addition to sponsoring the event, NASWA President and CEO, Scott B. Sanders, will be a featured speaker discussing the NLx partnership on Thursday, May 22, from 4:00–4:30 p.m. PT at the main stage.
