National Labor Exchange (NLx) Publishes 2025 Year in Review

In February, the National Labor Exchange (NLx) published its 2025 Year-In-Review, showcasing a year of meaningful progress, innovation, and collaboration across the workforce system.

2025 Highlights:

  • NASWA and DirectEmployers Association extended the NLx partnership through 2037, reaffirming a long-term commitment to supporting the public workforce system.
  • 13.8 million new job postings were added to the NLx.
  • 28 active NLx job microsites, and six states utilizing NLx hosted job banks, expanding high-quality access points for job seekers.
  • Continued growth and influence of the NLx Research Hub.
