Get answers to these questions and more by exploring the NLx Job Opening Estimator (NLx JOE), a new no-cost tool available to state and local government agencies, employers, researchers, and more. NLx JOE lets users explore the relationship between NLx job posting data and JOLTS job opening estimates and provides a new measure of job openings based on both JOLTS and NLx data.
