NLx Research Hub Manager Paul Daniels Participates in Panel at AWS Conference

NASWA was proud to be represented at the AWS Imagine: Education, State, and Local Government conference in Chicago last week. Paul Daniels, Manager of the NLx Research Hub, participated in the panel “Building AI-Ready Public Sector Organizations” alongside leaders from Vanderbilt University, the University of Bath, and the Texas Education Service Center. The panel focused on aligning people, processes, and technology to scale responsible AI across institutions.

Paul shared his insights on how the NLx Research Hub is taking steps to be AI-ready. He also discussed the Research Hub’s collaboration with AWS to use generative AI for extracting structured data from job postings—an initiative that’s transforming workforce insights.
