NLx Showcases Innovation and Collaboration at 2025 NASWA SUMMIT
The National Labor Exchange (NLx) team participated in the 2025 NASWA SUMMIT in Dallas, TX. Throughout the week, the NLx staff engaged with members, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders in the workforce development space - creating opportunities for collaboration and sharing insights into NLx and NLx Research Hub offerings and services.
In addition to these engagements, team members participated in and facilitated multiple sessions that highlighted key themes shaping the future of workforce development. Topics included the growing adoption and impact of real-time labor market data, innovative employer engagement strategies, and the expanding role of digital tools in building and sustaining talent pipelines.
These sessions underscored the importance of collaborative, data-driven approaches in helping workforce systems better align with industry needs and support long-term economic growth.
