National Labor Exchange (NLx)
Did you know— the National Labor Exchange (NLx) provides NASWA members with complimentary training and technical assistance on all NLx services?
The National Labor Exchange (NLx), the only nonprofit national labor exchange network in the United States, makes millions of authentic and unduplicated jobs from vetted employers available each day.
The mission of the NLx is to provide the most accurate and comprehensive collection of real, online job openings to state workforce agencies and their customers at no cost.
The vision of the NLx is to help states provide the nation with an accurate understanding of the current labor market and improve the efficiency of labor exchange systems.
The NLx was formed in 2007 as a unique public-private partnership governed by a steering committee consisting of state workforce agency and employer representatives.
All NASWA members have a signed NLx agreement that provides each state workforce agency in the country with access to a range of no-cost labor exchange resources.
To remain a vital asset to its members and the broader public workforce system, the suite of NLx state services is designed for and with state workforce agencies and employers.
NLx offerings include a daily job feed exchange, a hosted labor exchange system, job indexing, job microsites, labor exchange related policy and technology support, training, and technical assistance, and the Research Hub— all available at no-cost to NASWA members.
Stay tuned for upcoming NLx training and technical assistance sessions. For further details or inquiries, please contact the NLx team at nlx@naswa.org.
