The UI IB Subcommittee is meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MT and Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. MT at the Embassy Suites Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center located at 1420 Stout Street, Denver, CO 80202.
The cost to attend is $315.00. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on March 17th and breakfast will be provided on March 18th. The deadline to register for the meeting is 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, February 23, 2026. Registration may close earlier than February 23, 2026, if capacity is reached.
Travel Reimbursement
UI IB Subcommittee meeting participants may be reimbursed for travel to the March 2026 meeting:
- Up to $1,000 per state may be reimbursed
- Only ONE attendee per state is eligible for reimbursement
- Reimbursement requests must be received by May 17, 2026
