Unemployment and underemployment are persistent concerns among the military spouse community especially now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This panel discussion will focus on key findings from Hiring Our Heroes’ latest research which addresses a critical gap in the military spouse employment narrative around wellbeing. The panel will also discuss how they are fostering military spouse wellbeing through apprenticeship programs for spouses who are pursuing employment and workplace initiatives for spouses who are employed.
