2021 Winter Policy Forum

Conference FAQs

Do I need to login to the NASWA website to attend the conference?

No. You do not need to login to naswa.org to attend the conference.

To attend the conference, you will need two things:

  • Zoom Links for each plenary and breakout session will be provided on the conference website under the Schedule tab beginning Tuesday, August 11th.
  • The Password will be emailed to you Tuesday, August 11th. Please watch your inbox for an email from NASWA.

How do I access virtual conference sessions?

A Zoom link for each plenary and breakout session will be provided on the conference website under the Schedule tab beginning Tuesday, August 11th.

  • Click “Schedule” on the conference website, then click an individual session for more information and to access the Zoom link (available Tuesday, August 11th).
  • The Password to enter the Zoom conference will be sent to you via email Tuesday, August 11th.

Where is the password for the Zoom session?

The Zoom password will be sent via email on Tuesday, August 11th. Please look for an email from NASWA or from Michelle Marshel. If you have questions, contact NASWA-meetings@naswa.org.

How do I cancel my registration?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Event Summary" then click the "Unregister" button. Follow the instructions to finalize the cancellation of your registration. 

If you do not have your confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

How do I transfer my registration to someone else?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Event Summary" then click the "Substitute Registration" button and follow the instructions to substitute an attendee. 

If you do not have your Registration Confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

How can I download a copy of my registration invoice/receipt?

In the Registration Confirmation email you received from NASWA Meetings after registering for the conference, click "Registration Invoice" to download your invoice/receipt. 

If you do not have your confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org to request a duplicate.

I have a question about a NASWA event. How do I contact NASWA?

If you have a question about a specific NASWA meeting or event, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Registrants who cancel or do not send a replacement will be billed the applicable registration fee: Ten (10%) percent of the registration cost or $50; whichever is greater, will be charged as a processing fee for cancellations/refunds requested on or before 14 days before the start of the first meeting. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after 14 days before the start of the first meeting.
