The SUMMIT is the premier workforce and unemployment insurance conference where leaders of the nation’s state workforce agencies gather to collaborate on key issues across the public workforce system and share promising practices. Focus areas will include workforce development activities and employment services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), unemployment insurance, employment statistics and labor market information, information technology, communications, legal issues, and other topics of interest to state workforce agencies.
The 2025 NASWA SUMMIT was held September 10 - 11, 2025 at the Hilton Anatole located at 2201 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207. Connected committee meetings were held on September 8 and 9.
