The Library is a managed collection of research, insights, analysis, promising practices, and lessons learned to support workforce system operations.

The Library’s three collections– Unemployment Insurance, Workforce Technology, and Behavioral Insights – house over 4,000 resources including presentations, toolkits, legislative analyses, templates, and more.

These resources– organized by topic area, state, date, and other unique identifiers– are easily searchable, accessible, reusable, and available at your fingertips.
