NASWA Launches New Learning System

WASHINGTON - The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) announced the launch of a new Learning system for workforce agency personnel today. The new system provides courses and certifications custom-designed for busy workforce development professionals and others. 

Learning opportunities are available on-demand and through scheduled virtual and in-person instructor-led training events. The new system offers multiple learning paths, including:

  • Welcome to New State Administrators
  • Executive Management
  • Unemployment Insurance Professional
  • Workforce Professional
  • Technology Professional
  • Employers/Third Party Administrators
  • Information Technology Vendors
  • Accessibility

Courses within the learning paths are developed in collaboration with workforce system and program area subject matter experts. As a result, the content is current, relevant, and tailored to the needs of the workforce system and program area staff.
