NASWA Releases 2023 State of the Workforce Report



WASHINGTON – The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) released its bi-annual State of the Workforce Report Thursday. The report includes national workforce data and state profiles for all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia.

The profiles include labor market and workforce information, an overview of the state's workforce structure, and individuals served. The report also highlights the uniqueness of every state by promoting the innovations taking place across the country in serving America's workforce among many other key initiatives and data.

“We are excited and proud to release this report on behalf of our members, the state workforce agencies,” NASWA President and CEO Scott B. Sanders said. “This report includes state labor market and workforce information along with the creative state strategies which are directly supporting the recovery and strength of our national workforce.”
