WASHINGTON - Workforce IT Insights is the newest offering from the Workforce IT Support Center (Workforce ITSC). This dashboard presents insights and intelligence that provide a look into trends related to the data and technology supporting Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs.

The information is gathered from states and other stakeholders through Workforce ITSC’s Online Tools. These insights provide interesting and useful information to workforce and WIOA partner agency staff. Data is updated quarterly and the visualizations will address new topics and trends of interest.

Browse the insights being used to analyze state needs, inform Workforce Academy content development, and identify technical assistance opportunities: Visit Workforce IT Insights. Note: A NASWA Member login is required to access the Workforce IT Insights.
