The NLx is having a busy summer!
Recently, team members Amber Gaither, Tammy Flynn, and Ellen Samoriski participated in the DirectEmployers Association webinar More than a System: How the NLx Brings Workforce Connections to Life. During this session, they highlighted how employers can leverage the NLx to enhance connectivity with the public workforce system. You can access the webinar recording here.
In July, the NLx and NLx Research Hub teams will be in Washington, DC, for NLx Research Hub Connect and the 2026 NASWA Veterans Conference. Veterans Conference attendees will have the opportunity to hear from NLx team during the session Reconnecting Veterans to Opportunity: Using NLx Tools to Strengthen Veteran Employment Outcomes. This session will showcase how NLx tools support veterans and provide valuable resources to improve employment outcomes. The National Labor Exchange (NLx) is a unique public-private partnership between NASWA and DirectEmployers Association (DE), powering the trusted labor exchange network in the United States. Built in 2007, for purpose, not profit, the NLx connects talent and opportunity across the country.
