Workforce ITSC in Action at SUMMIT

The Workforce IT Support Center (Workforce ITSC) team connected with states through the breakout session, Riding the Range of Aligned Case Management: Insights from ACMI Innovators, which featured the release of the updated Aligned Case Management Toolkit, as well as through booth conversations and one-on-one meetings that highlighted the advisory services, education and training, and online tools available to help states build more integrated workforce systems and strengthen service delivery. 

Workforce ITSC, in partnership with USDOL, is committed to supporting all workforce and education system partners as they work collaboratively to meet current and future customer needs through the effective use of data, technology, and digital age practices.
