Paid Family Medical Leave Orientation Guide
A Resource for State Workforce Agencies
This guide helps states that are exploring the development and implementation of Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) programs. NASWA, through the PFML Policy Committee, provides guidance and support as states navigate this process. The PFML Committee shares best practices, addresses common challenges, and helps develop innovative solutions.
