Overview

The State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) was created to facilitate the simple, secure, and standardized exchange of information between state workforce agencies (SWAs) and employers (or their proxies, TPAs and PEOs). A product of the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), the U.S. Department of Labor, and SWAs, SIDES is operated by NASWA's Center for Employment Security Education and Research (CESER) under a grant from USDOL's Employment and Training Administration.
