Do I need to login to the NASWA website to attend the conference?

No. You do not need to login with your email and NASWA account password to attend the conference.

To attend the conference, you will need two things:

  • Zoom Meeting Links for each plenary and breakout session will be provided on the conference website under the Schedule tab 
  • The Password to access the Zoom Meeting Links is included in your Registration Confirmation email from NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org. If you cannot locate your Registration Confirmation email, please contact NASWA-Meetings@naswa.org.

How do I join sessions during the conference?

A Zoom Meeting Link for each plenary and breakout session will be provided on the conference website 

  • Click “Schedule” on the conference website, then click a session title for more information and to access the Zoom Meeting Link 
  • After you click the Zoom Meeting Link, you will be prompted to enter a Zoom password. The Zoom password will be sent to you via your conference registration confirmation email from naswa-meetings@naswa.org. If you did not receive a conference registration confirmation email, contact naswa-meetings@naswa.org.
