Collaborative Solutions for Veteran Empowerment

This panel session will explore collaborative solutions to provide holistic, upstream, individualized support for veterans at the local level. Attendees will learn about America’s Warrior Partnership’s Community Integration Model as a framework to empower their community to empower veterans. Panelists will share best practices for implementing Community Integration in diverse communities from tribal and rural, to urban and suburban.
