NASWA has partnered with Microsoft Philanthropies to empower frontline staff with Generative AI tools to better serve customers. This training equips frontline staff with the Microsoft Generative AI Guide for Career Coaches and online sessions to leverage Generative AI in their work. Developed in collaboration with frontline career coaches, this initiative aims to upskill staff to ensure they possess the skills needed to support job seekers in the digital economy.
OVERVIEW
Four webinars will be offered, each featuring the same training content. Dates: March 20 (FULL), April 23 (FULL), May 8 (FULL), June 10 (FULL)
In this training, frontline staff will learn how to:
- Automate Routine Tasks: Leverage AI to handle repetitive tasks, freeing up frontline staff to focus on personalized interactions with clients.
- Improve Client Interactions: Streamline administrative tasks to dedicate more time to clients' career goals and build stronger relationships.
- Identify and Design Career Pathways: Discover how to leverage AI to identify skills and competencies, suggest relevant career paths, facilitate job matching, and recommend appropriate training and development opportunities.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This webinar is best suited for frontline workers who interact daily with customers, job seekers, employers or claimants in WIOA, UI or other workforce development programs and services.
