NASWA has partnered with Microsoft Philanthropies to equip managers with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead their teams in the implementation of Generative AI. Developed in collaboration with frontline career coaches, this initiative aims to upskill managers to enhance their ability to support their teams in leveraging Generative AI to better serve job seekers in the digital economy. This training will provide managers with access to the Microsoft Generative AI Guide for Career Coaches and online sessions to leverage Generative AI in their work.
OVERVIEW
Tuesday, March 11 | 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m ET (FULL)
In this training, Managers will learn how to:
- Automate Routine Tasks: Leverage AI to handle repetitive tasks, freeing up frontline staff to focus on personalized interactions with clients.
- Improve Client Interactions: Streamline administrative tasks to dedicate more time to clients' career goals and build stronger relationships.
- Guide Team AI Integration: Develop strategies for effectively integrating AI tools into existing team workflows and processes.
- Address Team Challenges: Identify and address potential team concerns and build confidence among frontline staff in the use of AI technologies.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and mitigate potential challenges and risks associated with AI implementation within the team.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This webinar is best suited for managers who oversee staff in programs such as the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Unemployment Insurance (UI), or other workforce development programs and services. This includes frontline worker supervisors, team leads, managers of career centers, and leaders of workforce development programs.
