State Intensive Services
In support of our continuing efforts to help lower the national improper payment rate, we work closely with 10 identified states that have higher improper payment rates. This allows us to provide more concentrated in-depth services, combating each state's UI integrity issues head-on. These intensive services will produce sustainable solutions that benefit the selected states and will soon be tailored for agencies across the country.
Connecting you to all of Integrity Center's programs, State Services creates an integrated approach for leveraging the Knowledge Exchange Library, Integrity Data Hub and National Integrity Academy in order to strengthen your state's skills and confidence in combating the improper payment rate and meeting all of your workforce system needs.
