State Intensive Services

In support of our continuing efforts to help lower the national improper payment rate, we work closely with 10 identified states that have higher improper payment rates. This allows us to provide more concentrated in-depth services, combating each state's UI integrity issues head-on. These intensive services will produce sustainable solutions that benefit the selected states and will soon be tailored for agencies across the country.

The Integrity Center did a great job of establishing credibility with state staff to foster meaningful, engaging conversations.
